Kearny Public Library Rehabilitation

The Town of Kearny is seeking qualified and licensed contractors to submit proposals for the structural rehabilitation of the Kearny Public Library. This project aims to ensure the preservation and safety of the facility while maintaining its long-term structural integrity.

Interested contractors must possess relevant licenses, certifications, and proven experience in structural rehabilitation projects of similar scope and complexity including but not limited to foundation restoration, roof replacement, ceiling installation, drywalling, framing, and flooring.
Contractors will be required to adhere to all applicable building codes, safety standards, and project timelines.

Proposals must be submitted no later than February 13, 2025. Bid walks can be scheduled Monday though Friday during normal business hours until the close of the application deadline.

The Town of Kearny reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
