Municipal Court
The Kearny Magistrate Court presides over all Kearny Town Code violations, including local traffic tickets, code violations, and arrests made by Kearny Police Department.

Telephonic Appearances
- To inquire about options for telephonic appearances, please contact the Clerk of the Court.
- All telephonic appearances must be approved by the Magistrate Judge before the scheduled date of appearance.

To all persons under the age of 18:
If one or more of your charges is a moving violation, you must appear in court with a parent or legal guardian. If you fail to appear for any court appearance or fail to comply with any court order, the court will direct MVD to suspend your driver license or driving privilege until you have satisfied the court order or until your 18th birthday.
